• When may I reach you?

• How will my order be packaged?
Each and every Acqua dell’Elba order is shipped within a gift package.

• How long are your delivery times?
We will prepare your package within the 24/48 hours following your purchase, and we will send you an email when your order is being shipped from Isola d’Elba. Usually, the courier delivers within the two working days following shipment to Italy. Abroad, courier delivery times are indicatively 4-5 working days. 

• I have carried out registration yet did not receive any email from the system
Please check your SPAM or UNWANTED EMAILS folder. Sometimes our emails get archived in these folders.

• I would like to be part of the Acqua dell’Elba Lovers programme, in order to obtain other privileges: what should I do to register?
To register, all you have to do is fill in the form you will find by clicking this link.

• I have not received my birthday promotional code
We recommend logging into your Acqua dell’Elba Lovers profile and checking, in the section to the left of Acqua dell’Elba Lovers, all your active promotional codes and their relative expiration dates. Enter your birthday PROMO CODE into your cart before checking out, then click Proceed.

• I cannot recall my access credentials
Click on Forgotten password and the system will send you new credentials within seconds, at the email address you entered during your registration phase.

• I am seeing a “failed transaction” message when I try to pay by credit card
There might be connection issues with your bank’s server, in which case your card will not be charged. Just wait for a few minutes before trying again, or change the payment method.
